The bar should be touching your shins at the start of the lift (he corrected this during the sets, which was good, and his hips were too low. Moreover, he rolled the bar forward before his first lift, which means the bar was now no longer over mid-foot. Good form on the deadlift is vital - you don't want to do you back in.

Just saw a Megsquats vid about keeping the wrist in line with the forearm on the bench press. Louis has his wrists cocked back so he might be feeling some wrist stress. And Brandon's hair game is strong in this vid! That beanie must have magical properties lol.

I've watched these videos from beginning to most recent. I can see he's making baby gains. Most impressive is his ability to persevere and keep going. That's half the battle! Go Lewis!

You shouldnt be teaching advanced movements like clean. Instead focus on building a solid foundation becuase he is still a beginner
