Always - teen beginners bulking plan - p3d2 - Buff Dudes muscleandmath: Guys anyone know what's wrong with me if I can get a 45 kg ohp for 4 reps. also feel very sure I can grind out a 5th if I went to complete failure. But then when I go to 50kg I can't move the weight past my chin. then I go down to 47. 5 kg and same thing. can't get a single rep. yet it's only 2. 5 kg or 5. 5 pounds higher than my 5 rep max.

Why is Lewis not using MyFitnessPal to track his calories? Hudson used it for the cut and it's something that helps a ton. I feel like someone his age especially would prefer using the app instead of manually tracking everything

i need help. watching the series and enjoying very much. but i dont get one thing. is the plan like phase 1 d1 then d2 d3 and move on to next phase and so on or repeated some other way? thnx

This kid can legit front squat more than me, he could be a beast in a few years if he keeps this kind of training up, impressive!

Wow nice weight on those front squats. i think some higher heeled shoes would help him getting down the last few inches.
