I enjoy having phases wear, I have as much overload techniques rather than doing straight sets and reps
Have a month or two during the start raining. the burn and the pump is unbelievable

Jason Statham is doing bodyweight workouts, not really a gym guy. You should try calisthanics workouts if you wanna be like Jason.
