Legendary ab workout (10 mins shredded abs workout) - Fraser Wilson SamA006: My plan is to train biceps and triceps for 15 mins then do your 20 min morning workout then do this then when I get back from school do a 5k run then 15 mins for biceps triceps then the 20 mins workout then this. I'll do this everyday if I keep it up could I expect to see results? PS I'm Changing my diet to a healthier one -

Huhuu i like making Abs soooo much. it can feel our tummy burn so hard that it tends got cramp as if feels like that. Just keep squeezing the pain no matter what and dont forget technique the way we breathe in and out. Thats the key point.
