10 minute home ab workout (6 pack guaranteed) - Fraser Wilson Fred: So I've started working out recently and this seems like a great workout. However I seem to be way too weak/stiff in my legs to properly do the first exercises in this video. My legs grow tired way before my abs. Any recommendations how I can build up the needed strength/dexterity in a good way? Doing these exercises will of course help, I understand that, but anything else to speed up the process? Running and stretching?

Guys, don-t do this workout every single day. That-s one of the biggest mistakes people make when working out. It-s always best to give your muscles at least 48 hours of rest whether it-s triceps, biceps, shoulders, chest, or even abs. Muscles grow when they-re resting so working out the same muscles everyday doesn-t allow for proper muscle growth and will actually slow their growth.

Going to implement this into my normal workouts probably 3x times a week for 1 month and I-ll come back everytime for updates and will give honest feedback.

For AB Wheel, I used a regular Ab rollout not a bar and for the barbell rows I instead did Roman Twist with a 13lb dumbbell.

Week 1: Plan to do this every MWF before work. unable to do a couple of the exercises just yet but did 3 times this week as planned. no visible difference yet but that's expected after a single week. May start doing it everyday depending on how things go.

Are you seriously suggesting that by performing these -ab- exercises that -spot- reduction actually exist with your basic training methods? I-ve been doing it all wrong-. Why have I been eating a healthy clean diet all these years to keep my body fat levels low?

I had a break from working out and this one was the first one I did after a while. 5: 30 min was enough for me, but Fraser - I'll see you tomorrow, same time - for a full 10 min exercise! ;-)

I-m going to try this for 33 days I will let you guys know what happens. Just to let you know you cannot see my abs, but you can see my obliques really well. I-m 14 and do a lot of cardio, 150 LBS

I just had back surgery couple months ago got cleared to play baseball again and started working out light per doctor orders so cant do them all but hope it still works

if the video starts getting too easy slow the video down (makes timers longer) rather than doing the workout multiple times

Should we do these workout regimes before or after dinner. because in one video of yours it was mentioned before bed
