It just doesn-t make sense. If just protein is desired without nutrient density and fats (which stabilize blood sugar btw, why not just tuna or straight protein powder. Not to mention egg whites inhibit protein digestion from their enzymes. Surely it cannot be from the dietary fat and dietary cholesterol argument which has been dispelled 100 times over.

Your macro tracker is definitely inaccurate because it said there was no cholesterol in that meal even though eggs are like cholesterol bombs which increases atherogenesis so.

You know your body can only take on about like 30g of protein at any one time. Rest is stored as fat.
