Wow nice video very educational!
I just started lifting and am covering my progress.
My goals are to be able to squat 200 kg 3 x 5 within two years.
Will it be possible? I'm bulking heavily and gained more than 4 kg within a week.
having a calorie intake of more than 5. 000 every day.

I am a fat guy (4 stones over) I have no idea about lifting weights or fitness. I was wondering if this meal is for before working out or after a workout?

Is this meal better for a post workout or in the morning? I use to take similar meal for breakfast, as a lot of bodybuilders/fitness people do.
