Probably one of the most dangerous exercises you can do for your lower back and the contraction at the top is severely limited. Much better to do a deadlift, bent row or standing t bar row than that.

4: 40 Is he doing the dumbbell fly with correct movement or i am the only one that knows that i should keep the same elbow angle in the movement. Sorry for bad english.
