To Brandon and Mikayla, excellent video! These tips were exactly what I needed. Like Mikayla I had to widen my stance and I had to move the bar further down on my back. I noticed a big difference in my form. Looking forward to the next video!

I love the buff dudes but some of these tips are downright wrong. -rocking forward- or good morning squats don't put more focus on the quads and less on the posterior chain, it does the exact opposite. I expected better from you guys

I tried for years to do the -Ripptoe- squat but it never worked for me, it always hurt my hips trying to push my knees out etc. I changed my stance and was a little more upright with feet closer and BOOM! I could finally squat.

Great video, really informative. I usually go straight into the squat workouts, without warning up. I'm always stiff and start cramping up. So from now on I'll warm up before every workout. Watching from London UK. #StayBuff

So many people skip the step of being able to do a proper bodyweight squat while learning the movement. In my opinion you should be able to do 40 bodyweight squats with good form before even thinking about adding weight.

Oh, I've been training for 4 years and didn't realize I was doing my squats a bit wrong. This video really helped to correct my form and I also saved it for future reference. Thanks Buff dudes and dudette.

The small gym I go to only has a fixed bar that travels along the rails of the stand. Does this type of bar protect me from mistakes or should I video myself and see how my form looks?

-Butt dudes workouts I find doing squats makes my thighs bigger especially the quads! And I don-t like that look, what are your thoughts on that? Thanks -

So I am 6-2. This video is a game changer. Feet wider apart, bar lower on the neck/shoulders and BOOM, squatting machine baby.

Hey there. How about overnight ppl with a already bad left knee, short torso long legs? How do squat correctly. Please help.
