Hudson, good to see ya. I need to get back into strength training. Been focusing too much on hypertrophy. Also my body weight has been going back up. Wish me luck as I look to get my goals met

I Didn't realise how out of shape I am till I tried this only managed 6 situps and could barely do the crunches as my belly was getting in the way: ( and had to do most of the easy versions.
