FEEDBACK: these are great. I would consider adding a bell or sound when to rest. Have my head down when doing some of the exercises and missed a rest window.

can you do something on the narrow grip 4ft Tricurl Bar. It puts strain on wrists for basic curls but was fantastic for triceps!
