Love these videos but have been wondering on what weights people have been doing? I've been 10kg per but would be interested as to what the general weight was as relatively new to dumbbell weights

how should i adjust my weights? i find i can do alot more for chest focused excersises however for shoulder focused ones i feel like i need to go lighter by quite a bit to get proper form

I-ve been training since a week
I run everyday 25 minutes on fast speed
And I do 15 minutes dumbells
And I-m on my way to lose weight and build muscles

You just need to take the perfect weight for your dumbbell and my man i'm just in pain for my chest and shoudler a great great training seriously those dumbbell vids just shred!

Been doing your 20 min bicep-tricep workout for a while and just added this one to the mix. I think the change-up shocked some muscle groups which is a good thing!

Question for all the dumbell workouts. How many times do we do any of the workout and with what weight of dumbells?

Is there a benefit of doing an exercise just on one arm when u can do it on both? Doesn-t it just save time though?
