I have been watching a few videos now. As someone with a biology degree, I want to thank you for explaining how to do exercises correctly, and which muscles to use and which not to use. This makes me realize that there are a lot of exercises I had done in my school years which were never taught correctly and we were all doing them wrong. It's great to finally learn how to do these properly and make the most out of each workout. I am middle aged now, but wanting to finally work on improving my strength and fitness as I move into the second half of my life. Thank you!

Superb moves but also great way to teach. You really cover everything in auch a short time. --
While doing the scapular press, do you think it is worthwhile to arch the back so to make it harder or more isolated? There was a move I saw 10 years ago where they measured the best moves for muscle activation and this was supposed to be the best. It was either arched or then with a push of the entire upper body and lower body except for the feet away from the ground. But I never saw something like that again.

Just discovered your videos, I love that you keep them short and efficient, but still explain the science behind the exercises and even mention studies! Could you do a video on optimal workout length and workout schedule for beginners/advanced/pros?

Those are some amazing exercises, especially the Get Up to Front Angled Lunge. I might give that one a shot. I'm still having problems doing the scapula exercise on the floor. But doing against the wall may help me! Thanks so much!

I have a tilted pelvis and slight curve in my spine. In one of your other videos you mentioned that placing your hands beneath your lower bottom isn-t good for you. Do you have advice or modifications for this?
reply

I just discovered you and I liked and subbed immediately. I appreciate your knowledge, professionalism, and detail you put in your work. I will be incorporating these in my workouts.

Another great practice! Could you do a vid on Isometrics only? Or if you have done so already please post a link in replies. Thank you for all that you do! Stay safe!
