Loved this video! coming from a bad views on food and having done every diet i think known to man, my eating is so right and wrong, good and bad that i struggle with what i should be eating and what i should not. the times I eat are not good most days for i eat late and then go to bed early. i was told that i should not do this but if I get home at 5 supper, if lucky, at 6 then i am in bed by 830 for i get up at 5 to be at work by 6. and don-t get me started when i need to be at the gym 2 days a week at 5 o-clock for a strength training class( I-m the one who signed up for it, paid for it and need it to kick myself into shape). I don-t know what dinner is going to look like. might be something from a can. lol. I am the type of person who need a calendar meal plan that is ready a week in advance. i usually do this for the kids for I am the babysitter for the grand kids so in turn i am also the cook for all of us and can take supper home from there to my husband and myself. That part is helpful. So this all being said, do you think I should get a personal trainer who can also help me with a meal plan that will help me stay on point with my macros? I have calculated my macros before but i don-t know if i calculated them correct for i took the 500 Cals of and i am at 1545 Cals per day i believe. i don-t have my fitness pal opened to make sure. i was told that it seems a bit low for me who weighs as of this am fitness test, 199. 00. tears. never thought i would see that number ever again after losing to get to 165. i really want to sustain this and stop this yoyo stuff. i have been binge watching your videos and i love them. lots of great information. thank you. and thank you for your emails. right at this moment i have signed up for my gyms challenge but it-s only a month and i get two classes a week, nutrition papers, not a nutrition coach as i thought, a trainer but not a personal trainer, who i guess i can ask questions but i always feel like i have interrupted her when i call her. so there is a lot of info here. sorry for the rambling but would love your advice for you seem very knowledgeable. thank you again. . -Tracey

im 15 i dont really know how to count calories or do anything like that im very dumb lol but I've been drinking 8 water bottles a day/ eating one egg ay 7: am, then eating a whole grain bread with banana slices on top and a side of grapes at 4: 00, then eating a spinach salad with grilled chicken and tomato at 6: and then finishing it off with a snack of fruits or veggies. I also do stomach exercises. WOULD that be considered healthy and good for burning stomach fat? (weight lost i guess)

I do a whole lot better with low carb. Keto is a little low for me. It keeps my insulin levels low. I also do intermittent fasting, which really helps. I find I don't get as hungry, when I lower my carbs. My sugar doesn't drop to low like it use to in between meals. 128 carbs of day is too much for me. I will gain like crazy. It doesn't make a difference whether it's a good or bad carb. Potatoes, rice, wheat, corn raises my insulin levels like crazy.

Love your videos (and it's got nothing to do with you being hot - honest -. Re that feeling of not being full - what is it that makes us feel full? Is it the fat, the carbs or the protein? Do the ratios you described help stop that sensation? Oh and BTW the starting point of your body transformation is what most of us would aspire to as our end goal.

A brilliantly informative, high quality presentation, full of no-nonsense, science-based, relatable advice, which is missing from so many videos, by people whose body looks like yours! I also truly appreciate the comedic visuals, to push the point home, in a memorable way! - Thank you.

I-m doing 6 meals currently. Lots of white fish, chicken, green veggies, oats, egg whites jasmine rice. Fasted cardio in the am. which means 5am coffee then 30 minutes cardio. Work by 7: 15. Rest of cardio and strength done in afternoon. I-m seeing results. but it-s exhausting.

Okay I love the video, but I-m confused at the calculations. You said you eat 1600-1700 calories a day when cutting, but if you add up the macros on the little 40/30/30 pie chart (120g carbs, 160g protein, 53g fat) that equals 2, 157 calories. What am I missing here? -

I totally agree with this video. People always told me to eliminate white rice from my diet and other carbs but when I was in college I ate a ton of rice with my meals and lost 20 lbs. I was more active and ate a lot of protein as well.
