Tried it with 15kg dumbbells and my back is already burning. Especially the lower part went 0-100 really really fast. Following a slower pace to learn the right techniques and not butcher my back. Thanks man! XD

the last bone on my lower back really hurts as I'm doing this workout and when I finish it the pain goes away after a bit I'm 14 and haven't got my growth spurt yet so I'm one of those short boys w a mustache

Just a bad workout no exercise got explained. if you really want your back to grow and get stronger you have to work out longer and more intensive. And the exercises are just not good.

Safe to lift heavier than say arms when working out the back? Or do we increase the number of reps if using the same weight we use when lifting for arms?
