I've been experiencing pain in my left knee when I bend it. Currently I can't sit cross-legged, getting up and down can be problematic, and even lifting my leg to put my pants on hurts. I also have issues with my right wrist, and your videos about dealing with wrist pain gave me such a comprehensive overview of things to do and not do and how to keep exercising with modifications, keeping doing what I love. My doctor has been useless at helping me with these mysterious injuries, so your videos are the only real help I've been able to find. Since I've had so much success with the wrist, I'm excited to implement the tips in this video to see if they help my knee. Thank you for all you do! You are a lifesaver!

I have been popping and grinding in my right knee for years, I work out at home with a few dumbells and bodyweight exercises, One day I was doing goblet squat and then stepback lounges, and my knee just gives way, I meant it could not bear the weight of that exercise. just to bend over you can hear grinding and popping. if I try and run there is pain afterward but if I ride my bicycle hard I can squat and even do lounges with pain and or weakness, but the popping and grinding are still there. Would a chiropractor work for this?

My knees have been dislocating since I was 5 years old. I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome when I was in my 20's and the prognosis was I would be in a wheelchair by the time I was 40. I refuse to be crippled! I workout every single day, and I have found my ENTIRE body is misaligned. My fascia is a mess, and I have very little mind / muscle connection. Healing my body is like climbing Mt. Everest. But with the help of your videos, I'll make it. Thank you so much --- You've been such a blessing in my journey to healing

Almost dismissed this video since it looked like things -I've seen before- and looked simple and addressed mostly front knee pain. Now with my tail properly between legs after watching till the TFL portion, I'm a believer. I noticed you mentioned something about not going over toes. Been seen a lot of -knees over toes- posts and wondering if there's any good time to do so.

Omg this is so helpful. THANK YOU. I started cycling 4-5x a week with strength training, and I won't lie. I do not stretch or do any exercises like this. My knees started to reach discomfort especially on leg day. I took a week break, and found some health professionals in my area. Hopefully I don't deal with this again, or often. Cause I reaallly like my knees

I-m so excited to try this. I already did it last night and today. I-ve been having pain in my knees and I couldn-t understand it because I feel like Im doing everything correctly. But I did have a bad foot injury a couple of years ago and I knew I was neglecting calf raises as part of my rehab so this makes so much sense to me.

Thank you so much for the video. I have been suffering from knee pain since high school. I-m in my 40s and still struggle. Been to physical therapy four times now and a orthopedic surgeon and they say more PT. But I-m hoping this will help by doing the exercises you just showed

my knee pain is on my left side only. On the inner ( medial) side. I activated the pain during a yoga workout - -pidgeon pose- and since then I have trouble doing lunges and deep squats. I will try these exercises before a workout and see what happens. Any other thoughts?
