If you want to make sure if a workout is legit, put your hand on where are focusing on. If it stretches and extends during the workout then it is legit. And boy, it does with these moves. Then instead of focusing on periods focus on reps and sets and you will gain even more. (Don't actually train with your hands on the muscle, do it once for assessing the session)

Awesome Workout im adding this to my Vacation trainning plans upper abs and lower abs workout is awesome! Question: What happends to your abs if you do only right side but you skip left side?
