Great workout, thanks!
It would be handy if there was a sound it a bell or something when one exercise ends and begins. I'm so focused on form, movement and breath, I thought it was unnecessary hard to also have to keep an eye on the TV for the timing. Just a tip, but great video and workout, thanks!

REally like this. Could you please re do the exact same exercises but put an alert sound when the interval is over? Also, show the picture of the next exercise immediately so that we have enough time to get in position.

This is an excellent workout. I'm so glad I had an exercise ball to work along.
The format of these videos is so great. I really like seeing what's next.

I liked the workout but it sucks having to stare at the screen to know when the next workout is coming. Implement an audible countdown timer to indicate transitions.

the core is soooooo important. never knew that till i started yoga! great work out with a great stretch!
