Great workout. Very intense, short and effective! Just wish your next exercise had a 5-10 sec segway (other than the Up Next words on the screen) into the next exercise so I didnt have to rewind every time you start a new exercise. Maybe a quick demo or PIP showing what you are doing at/near the end of the last exercise.
