Great tips!
I practice yoga, where we concentrate on rolling up/down one vertebrae at a time.
Extending the arms while seated are a great way to engage the core. Try (while seated, legs straight) touching your toes, then slowly raising your hands above your head and sit up straight. Then slowly return to touching toes. Engaging your core also protects your back during the forward bend.

Cori I have to keep my knees in the air around 11 o'clockish as at 52 years old as the old back's not what it was and had a herniated lower disk a couple of years ago and so if I keep my feet on the ground I can feel my back going. I find leg raisers and plank better for abz. Great vid my lovely -

Great points! It-s so helpful that you break down the moves and provide the tips. Thank you!
Ps. My goodness, you make pull-ups look so easy! For me, they are quite the opposite. can do about four of them (that-s it) but not nearly as gracefully as you!

Can you have wranglers start linking technique videos when giving feedback. I always forget these exist and they are so helpful, even if each body is a little different. They give such great cueing information.

Great tips, thanks. Placing one's heels right up against the glutes is also very isolating, taking the hip flexors almost out of the movement.

My issue with sit ups in neck pain. All variations of ab exercises without head support cause it. Do you know why this might be?
