Can\'t LOSE Fat? Try These 2 Tips Redefining Strength Heather: I started strength training at home with dumbbells about 4 weeks ago. I-m definitely sleeping better and I-ve lost an inch or more on my thighs, waist etc, but the scale HAS NOT BUDGED! It-s really frustrating.
I-m also having a hard time eating 40% of my daily macros on protein, and I-m eating meat, eggs or fish at every meal and including a Greek yogurt & protein powder shake for an after workout snack. I seriously don-t know how people eat that much protein.
I also really wish the scale would move

What if you don-t have all the things you need for strength training? I have dumbbells and elliptical and a Malibu Pilates and that-s all. So I-m very frustrated due to personal issues that occurred so can-t join a gym. can I still make a difference in my look so I can still look muscular. I-m small 120 but 64. I-ve excercised my whole life but now I-m in a situation that I don-t have all the things I need! But still want to look good. -
I-m also vegan. ? Any suggestions

So I think this video is saying increase your protein, not too much cardio and more strength training. unlearn what was told ( more cardio, be in a calorie deficit) uggggh I-m so confused. I-ll be 59 this year experiencing menopause and I can-t see my feet when I look down and I just don-t know where to start. please help me out!

Yes high protein is the key. I try this but a have a problem with my p. p. I have been constipated most of the time because a have a problem with my colon. What should i do for that? I eat 6-8 cups of vegetables every day(green vegetables and supliment fiber but for nothing. What can i do in this situaton?

Eating a good balance of the necessary. Dr restricted to the Mediterranean diet. After 2mo. I was not able to make it 1/4 of a block excruciating pain walk to mailbox let alone workout. Back on my reg nutrition no pain I can walk no brain fog lightheaded. And I love I can workout again.

Totally! My fueling is working Amazingly!
Protein, veggies, water, light carbs and natural sugars for balance! Down 52lbs since October and feeling sooo much better! Hubby says he's loving it too!
Defining muscle! This year will be fantastic! Bikini in waiting!

Only plants create protine, plant proteinis easy to diges. animals Do Not create protects why its not easy to digest. When you eat animals your eating ABC protein, also your eating carcinogens and parasites, which are horrible for our bodies especiallyour digestive tracks.

I eat a little protein, such as an ounce or two of chicken or meat, about half hour before bed.
I seem to sleep much better through the night.
It's odd how the body changes when. you are into tour 60s -

Some people are naturally thin and some are naturally overweight my 2 brothers never had a weight problem as children I was always overweight and joke the only time I was thin was at time of comceptiom

Can I still gain muscle after a total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy? (I already have a good amount of muscle from when I was younger but I'd like to define my quads more. I'm 51 now)
