For clarification, it isn't a good -I just worked out my muscles- pain, it's more of a -I think my wrist is about to snap in two- kind of pain.

Omg I finally found you! This is what I want, calisthenics for women Thanks a lot! Subscribing straight away, please do more of these on strength and speed. I don't care about my looks but I want to workout to be healthier, stronger and faster. I hope this works, been following calisthenics for guys but I think I'm too weak for that or it just doesn't work for me, not sure why. Anyway, how are you all coping? I wish everyone the best. It's still controlled where I'm from so our recreational activities suffer because most of us have no room to workout in the house. Hoping for the best, have a great day everyone. xo

Gonna update this comment every other day to acc get myself motivated. Starting weight: 144 BMI: 25. 8
Day 1: super tired and out of breath. Maybe pushed myself too hard. Also panicked when I couldn't find a surface to do the elevated pushups on. Couldn't do side planks.
Day 2: -
Day 3: Still tiring. Sore from my cardio exercises yesterday. Even then, it was a little easier than the first day. Can only do the side planks if I have a knee down and forearm down. Weight: 143. 2 BMI: 25. 7

Your story is so inspiring. Thanks for the content that you put out and for making the world of calisthenics accesible to beginners. There is something liberating about doing an effective strength building workout without equipment! Yes. I also request some sort of signal when changing exercises and also a reminder of what exercise comes next. You have a very pleasant voice so we won't get tired of hearing you!
BTW. Thanks for keeping it real!

I have fibromyalgia and this is kicking my butt! I can't wait until I can update you and tell you THIS is what helped me kick fibromyalgia! I could hardly move for three days after the first workout doing all modifications and only barely getting through to the first break. Here's to day two on day four of a better me! I'll update you when I can make it through the whole video -

I could only get to the first break and even that only very half assedly, but this is the first time I feel really motivated about a workout. I'm going to keep trying until I get better at the individual exercises and until I can get through the whole video --
Thank you for the video and explanations on how to make them easier or more difficult!

Suddenly got the desire to check out calisthenics a couple days ago, found you yesterday, did this video for the first time today. What a great workout! I've done some simple yoga, but still consider myself a beginner. At age 56, I need to start building strength. I look forward to continuing to see where it might take me. Thanks for the videos!

No timer, no change beep, no explanation before the exercise, but during, making it impossible to follow, losing half the exercise time.
Please, redo this video; it's an invaluable resource for women's calisthenics, but it's very badly made and boring.
P. S. At least there's no -Keep pushing! You can do it! - annoying talk.

Thanks for posting this workout! My husband and I really want to get in better shape, but we are both starting from square one as far as strength goes. Yikes we are both so weak we can't help but laugh about it. We are modifying almost every one of these exercises. But we know with time and patience we will get stronger: )

I really enjoy this Workout: ) The only thing is that sometimes it is hard to follow, as there is no timer or anything that let's you know when to move on to the next exercise. Could you maybe do this in your next Workout? It'd be very helpful. Thanks a lot for all your videos, I really appreciate them! --
