I love bouldering (even though I'm still learning) and today Josh Rundle, who is an awesome climber, took me through a bouldering session and gave us some great tips along the way. Whether you have climbed before or don't even know what bouldering is

Took up bouldering a few months ago and love it, I'm hoping it helps me stay consistently active when winter really kicks in! Since lockdown started, I've lost over 70 lbs and have been able to maintain it for almost a year now, largely thanks to integrating constant FUNctional exercises into my daily routine. Consistent activity has become crucial for my mental health as well. Working on doing my first pull up as an adult, been incorporating exercises from your other video on that subject every time I climb.

Well now. That's content for my interest. I love bouldering, only sport my body drives me to actively seek out, but I've been looking for ways to improve core, ringband and joint strength at home and calistenics seems like a really good way to do that. Y'know, focussing on mobility and efficient muscles instead of building mountains of flesh.

Wall climbing is one of those sports I absolutely love. I prefer this to any other sport like soccer, football, baseball, basketball, hockey or tennis, whatever. I like wall climbing because the sport make me exercises at the same time throughout all your body while I am having fun. Same with Swimming & Hiking is what I like.

This is precisely why I top rope instead of boulder. Bouldering requires so much more core strength which I do not have haha. It-s exciting that you-re getting into climbing. You-re doing amazing! Be proud of those calluses =)

Wow great collaboration,
I really like that you are not a champion climber but you still posted the video.
All your falls I was there with you rooting for you.
Nice video.
Thank you

I have a climbing gym near my house and have always wanted to go, but I don-t have anyone to go with! I really want to go but I-m absolutely terrified at the thought of trying something new on my own.

I have been WAITING for this video since seeing it on your insta! I love both calisthenics and climbing, so I was really excited for this. Thanks, Lucy, I really enjoyed this video particularly: )

Loved watching this video. I've been told that because women tend to be more bottom heavy that it is even more so important that we turn into the wall (especially when horizontal to the ground)
