Ivana I wanted to UPDATE you! With your help and monitoring my calories and sugar intake I have been able to lose the weight I wanted to lose! I went from 154 pounds in August to 126 pounds as of last night! I can-t thank you enough! I do 3-5 of your workouts daily with 1 rest day a week and I drink sooo much water daily! You are so inspiring and your videos are motivating! Now I would love to tone up my stomach area a little more and gain a few pounds back as booty muscle! Any tips will be greatly appreciated! You can not see result after one or 2 days. But don-t give up. Ivana keeps herself on track and consistent endlessly to be beautiful like this. If u want to be the next, u have to move on.
