In this workout we will focus on exercises that target our glute max and glute med, such as glute bridges, sumo squat and abduction exercises. These exercises create the perfect combination to grow your side booty and make your hips look rounder. -

Ivana I wanted to UPDATE you! With your help and monitoring my calories and sugar intake I have been able to lose the weight I wanted to lose! I went from 154 pounds in August to 126 pounds as of last night! I can-t thank you enough! I do 3-5 of your workouts daily with 1 rest day a week and I drink sooo much water daily! You can not see result after one or 2 days. But don-t give up. Ivana keeps herself on track and consistent endlessly to be beautiful like this. If u want to be the next, u have to move on.

Hi Ivana, I have always the same question. I have natural round hips (I am the -typical- italian woman) if I do this workout, my thighs will grow up? Because my dream is having slim legs.
