first is kick out anything about get lean in quick (instan) way in your mind because it takes time and effort
so my experience is i do exercise everyday (or 6 day in a week)
cardio in the morning and yoga in the evening or night
but these days i just do pilates with casey and follow may calender
and i try to eat clean (sometimes i failed but that's ok - i always try again)
and try to drink green smoothies before exercise in the morning and before you eat dinner

Hi Cassey! I've been following blogilates since about 2010 and am a HUGE fan! As a new attorney with little spare time, I love the quick workout videos you've been doing. I keep coming back to this one though because I love the total body workout. I can't make it to Pilates classes during the week, so this video really fills that void. Have you thought about doing a new, longer total body Pilates video? Maybe around 30 minutes or so like this one? I would love to see you put a new one up!

Do the April Calendar on her website. You do 5-6 videos a day and Cassey so graciously tells you which ones to do. Aside from that, do some cardio, Anywhere from 30mins-60mins. Lastly, eat whole unprocessed foods such as lots of vegetables and fruits and good protein like tofu and nuts or fish and skinless chicken, but I'm vegan so I don't wanna advocate that: )
Eventually the weight will start dropping off

Try to do cardio about 5 times a week and it will go so fast. You have to eat HEALTHY. Thats like 70% of losing fat! So like oatmeal or eggs in the morning veggies or salads or WHOLE GRAIN sanwiches for lunch, and some type of protein at dinner with veggies, so like chicken and veggies or fish and veggies. So stick to eating healthy and a lot of cardio. that will help you lose weight. Then when you have lost a lot you can use Casseys toning muscle videos. :) hope that helps!

Without excess skin - then you probably need to lose your weight slowly, so the skin has time to follow your new body shape. (But I'm not completely sure of this, just think I've heard about it.
Start out with changing your diet - not go ON a diet, but making it a lifestyle change. That will probably get rid of a couple of pounds. And like someone else recommended, start out small, and when that becomes easy go harder.

I know what you mean. One of the best ways is to try out new workouts. I used to do tiffany rothe before. after a few months of doing all of her workouts, my muscles just stopped responding to those exercises bcoz they were so used to it. then I started doin tae bo since feb. now I am bored with it. so now I am following blogilates. just do some other workouts for a while. and then try thse again. and you will love them again. cheers!

Also Cassey has said before, that HIIT videos are the best ways to quickly lose weight. It stands for high intensity interval training. And she has some HIITilates videos. However, these may be pretty difficult, esp if you haven't worked out before. Make sure to challenge yourself, but also not too much where you give up. Start out small and then keep pushing yourself, you've got this!

I just started to do pilates. It's been 3 days and I feal great. Already I feel like I beginning to get in shape. My question for you: what is you're regular woekout? I would like to get in shape and look as fit as you look so please tell me and I promise I will send you a photo before and after within a year. :)

pilates isn't exactly the best way to lose huge amounts if fat. my tip is to do LOTS AND LOTS of Cardio. Basically the things that get your heart pumping. do her HIIT and POP Cardios, but also do some pilates for definition and to tone. eat clean. and drink lots of water. should be good! good luck! wish you the best!

I'm so tired guys of these videos. I used to love them, but now I'm just sick of exercising for an hour 6 times a week. I'm seeing improvements, but I just feel unexcited by the last few days workouts. Any suggestions? I'll still do todays, but any help in getting out of the rut would be great.
