um, I kind of burst into tears and sobbed for about a minute, twice, during this workout, while still doing the moves. Intense pain in my lower back, hip flexors (even though I tried to have my back rounded instead of completely straight, as Cassey suggested to help the lower back and hip flexors in part 1, and the sides of my hips. I felt like I was a failure. and like I was I was punishing myself, but I didn't know what crime I had committed! I'm not sure what I was doing wrong.

I did the (very long! o. O) december 13th workout today. and I just wanted to say that I love to see those older videos here and there because you get to do moves that you rarely see on the newer ones. so yay for variety! (but 70+ minutes? pheeeewww ')

The whole plank sequence is so hard for me because I have almost no upper body strength. Hopefully as I do the moves it will get easier to hold plank while she talks about the next move we will be doing in her vids.

Dying! Day 8 workout done! It's Day 9 in Australia already, and I didn't do Day 8's workout yesterday as I was out the whole day, so I'm doing both Day 8 and 9 workout today! Another hour to go! >: D

just did the workout for today (apr 15) and i puked up a bit, and am typing this on the floor. i thought i was ready to move on from beginner's after a week, but i think i see you all in may lol.

I think I injured my elbows last week when I started the calendar. They really really hurt and I have to take the arm moves and the plank moves really easy or else they hurt even worse.

Dear precious Lord and Saviour. Those push ups at the beginning killed me. The torture that went on in my arms is comparable to the torture of the middle person in the Human Centipede
