Beginner's Day 12 and 1/3 videos are complete. This video was short and sweet but I'm still sweating. I was not expecting that plank one leg lift so I fell but I was able to do it. On to the next video.
Edit: Beginner's Calendar Day 27 is complete! This video was much easier this time around and I didn't fall during the plank on leg lift. Also, I was able to do the video without stopping. This was great! Tomorrow is a rest day and the final day of the beginner's calendar! I'm so proud that I was able to finish this calendar and now I look forward to the normal calendars that Cassey puts up.

omg this one was a bit harder since its day 5 and i was already tired from the full body workout; __; i still tried my best! those crunches were super hard for me, and holding back my neck was worse cause ur not supposed to do tat (u have to hold ur ears for crunching/situps) but im already worn out anyways from previous days lol. oh well!

My doctor advised I not do crunches after having my baby. I looked through all your videos and can't find a no crunch abs alternative. what should I do during all this crunch time? I know I am one of many mommies with this problem! thank you for your videos!

Just finished the beginner's calendar! I'm so proud of myself! Gonna go celebrate with a nice hot shower and some leftover soup for lunch haha. Anyone else that has just finished it too? Excited to try tomorrow's monthly calendar videos and feeling strong.

I used to do your workouts almost everyday, but recently I've been slacking like crazy. I am making a personal commitment that I will start doing one of these everyday five days a week to build up my strength. Thanks for your inspiration.

day 12 (technically 13, gonna catch up on this coming sunday due to busy schedule) even tho i was out all day at the mall walking, i dont feel that tired tbh! I was able to last for the fire hydrant and earthquake, im proud of myself c:

Ahhh, I LOVE the energy between Cassey and Rosanna in this video! It's soo fantastic. and hilarious. and I was laughing along the ENTIRE time! (Even when I was in pain. Keep up the great work ladies! Much love to you both!

I'm finishing up my second week of the beginners' calendar. I'm so happy because today I could tell my core is getting stronger by the fact that I could go into the pilates stance higher than before! Thank you Cassie!

I saw that Casey is would be a good workout teacher because she was trying to get Rosanna to talk to her so that she can stay distracted. She was also motivating her so that she can keep working out and stay confident

Great workout! More direction throughout the chatting would be helpful to know when you're transitiong to the next step if you're not watching the screen and still in the midst of a pose/doing an exercise.
