The food I can't live without is more of an ingredient. Onions! I could put onions in/on EVERY meal! Scrambled eggs/omelets are just sad without some kind of onion in them, guacamole needs very coarsely chopped red onions so I get the full effect of them. Oh, and sauteed yellow squash and onions is SO good! Or sauteed mushrooms and onions! Seriously, onions should be in every savory dish! . I could probably even find a way to get them into a dessert.

Cassie, you should seriously consider going vegan; those eggs and chicken you had are harmful to animals, and although you have an amazingly healthy and active lifestyle, it would be nice to see you doing a little something for your carbon footprint. Biking paired with Veganism will make you an earth-friendly friend.

For your foam: if you use animal milk it usually has more foam when you blend it. When I blend matcha with soy or almond milk it tends to be less foamy. I am guessing it has something to do with the fat content? Thanks for the video, this was helpful as I am always on the go.

cassie i have a question! i was eating really healthy these 2 months but today i had my moms wedding and i ate 12 cookies, 3 white bread pieces and another thing i can't remember. but now i feel really bad but i don't know what to do; ( can you please help me?

Got to have my berries and bananas daily and evening with almond milk and whole grain cereals when my stomach is grumbling at night can't sleep. I at times do it 2x in a day, yikes! Mentally satisfies me and my stomach. Beats craving potato chips.

To be honest one food that I can't live without would definitely have to be kale. I love using kale to make all sorts of things like salads and I love adding it to my sandwiches and smoothies. Kale is honestly my favorite vegetable.

My problem is just eating healthy and cheap. Fruits and veggies in Japan are currently pricey so I tend to eat carbs or chocolate for breakfast before work cause most of the time we dont have lunch break nor dinner.

I can't live without my green tea. I take that everywhere. I also love lasagna, but i don't eat it as often anymore because i'm trying to lose weight. Cassey, please do a video on a healthy lasagna!

Girl you were almost vegan today. Jump on it! Just try it for a little while, see how amazing your body feels especially since you have a lactose sensitivity and you'll see what I mean!

Good lord, she has a constant bubbly energy, doesn't she? that's a good thing of course but I wonder if she ever stays up late some nights drinking wine and eating cake. :)
