Let me show you how to shape your hourglass figure Aliz: Doing this in 2020 as today's calendar wo, but to be honest as much as i LOVE Cassey & Blogilates, i hated this one: D I don't feel it effective on my obliques at all, it should rather be called a total body workout because the first 2 moves definitely work the arms and legs WAY more than obliques, but for me even the hip dips are heavier on my arms and legs and total core than obliques. It's a nice workout & i might be in a lil grumpy mood haha so all love, but it kinda annoyed me that this one was supposed to be obliques wo and i didn't feel them at all.

Day 19 of the beginner's calendar is complete. By the time I started this video my abs were already in pain from the first two videos which meant that I didn't put as much effort as I could have into this workout. I feel like my form was slightly sloppy and I could have done a better job.

I couldnt lift my legs as high as in the video but I still felt the burn. I figure Ill be able to lift higher as I get stronger! But ugh I think my mat is too elastic. it can hardly support me and my weight when I try to do bridgey stuffs. >

I just found out recentley I have TMJ and reflux so I have to be careful of what I eat. and to eat soft foods cause they r much more better for me. What kinds of food do u think is safe besides soup veggies peanut butter and fruit

these videos are GREAT for people who have just started working out! psa to other beginners who arent used to working out at all: STRETCH BEFORE AND AFTER! these are short but pretty intense and i got sore

ive been doing this months workout calendar for the first time to try and get in shape and this was my past video of the day. by the end i thought, thats it? huh? consistency is key!

Here from the #2020challenge and CASSEY, THIS KILLED ME! And LOL at that ending. I dont like muffins. But cookies, yasssss. Munchkins? Yasssss. This workout was in sane.

I'm almost done with today's calendar workout. I'm kinda glad I did all of them at once.
aaand I have my ballet training class in half an hour.
God help me.

So I can't do elbow planks or on my knees because they just hurt my elbows and knees, regardless of what I put underneath them. I'm hella salty about that.
