Just wanted to say something to people saying they would like a thigh gap so they don't experience thigh chafing and the pain that comes from it. I think it's good to point out that the pain from skin rubbing has nothing to do with thigh gaps, but rather extra weight and so excess of skin. I've been there, I completely get it. I would refuse to wear anything but pants because I knew how it was those few times I tried to put dresses, skirts or shorts on. 10 minutes of walking was well enough to have me in pain, and also feeling miserable to the verge of crying. I lost 30 kgs in the last few years, I genuinely don't care that I'm skinnier, I'm mostly happy that I feel better and strong and that I'm mentally in a better place. I don't have a thigh gap, because that's just no my type of my body and it's 100% fine. I don't suffer from chafing anymore. Please let's not pass the message that we need one in order to have long walks in our shorts or dresses because that ain't the truth!

Thx Cassey! I'm gonna sound like a dinosaur, but in my day, it was the Kate Moss, heroin sheek look. God, it was BAD! Now, it's a thigh gap. Tomorrow it'll be some other crazy fad, but that's not MY goal. My goal is to be happy and healthy! I try to be grateful and kind, too. You NEVER know what someone else is going through, so go easy on others! I like what Cassey said at the end. Be better than you were yesterday. Those are true words to live by! Cassey's right. you don't need the distance between your thighs to determine your worth. That sounds so weird lol.
Anyways, here's some advice for this workout:
Your hip-flexors may be sore from stretching. If so, still continue to push yourself. It worked for me.
Well, that's all. Remember that this workout video won't last forever (even if it feels like it.

In my opinion, thigh gaps look bizarre. I feel the same way about skinny jeans, even though I wear them. Just because something is cool or popular doesnt mean its a good idea.

I'm doing this for the January 2022 and to have this for the last exercise is a killer! I'm trying to challenge myself to do Blogilates for a full year! Is anyone else with me?

holy crap sometimes these moves just seem like my body has to be int he most complicated coordinated position- it bothers me when i cant even begin to complete the move

Is it normal with this exercise to don't feel any pain on the thigs and just feel pain in my low back?
I tried using a rolled towel under my low back and it is the same

this video is DEATH after the inner thigh pyramid challenge with 600 reps! burns sooo good but RIP my legs lol praying i can still walk tomorrow haha
