This is a fantastically designed workout Cassey. There's enough changes to targeted groups so that I am able to go through the whole workout without needing a break but still feel completely worn out after. Perfect A+.

I LOVE the chorus! Dancing move/grapevining while using weights, especially to a song I like, was a really fun way to exercise and it was so different. I love your workouts because I never get bored

i love this! for the first time i completed an entire day's worth of workouts! except for the hard core workout---i couldn't do most of it T_T ballerina twists hurt my shoulders.

Cassey you are amazing! Do you have any advice on how to have a balanced workout routine? Like should you do arms one day and legs the next and then cardio or what? :)
