I probably won-t get an amazing body like I want without starting testosterone but I watch your videos and I wanna get a fit body before I start T, I wanna thank you for keeping me motivated! Hey man, im only 15 but im already on the way for a good body, thanks so much. also a quick question. i only have a machine and dumbells, is that all i need? ill eventually buy bar in the future but i hope i can use what i have now for a year or so

For now the best chest workout for me, i-ve been doin tons of chest workouts but never felt that stretch i needed man, then i saw this video did the rutine and maaaan u feel it i can barely finish it with some 15 pounds dumbells

How do you substitute a bench, idk how to do flies or even Pike pushups at an incline. I only have a desk, an Office chair (its unstable and rolls away) and a matress on the floor

Love this workouout! When you mentioned we want to at least do it three to four rounds in total, do you mean doing it consecutively? Or it can be scattered throughout the day

I dont know why but I Prefer weights over bodyweight anyday. Just makes me more motivated. Love these vids Chris
