I'm on Day 19 of the PIIT Starter Calendar and I've already lost around 2 kgs. For the first time in months, I am starting to see results, not just on the scale but on a mental level as well. I must add that I've started eating clean as well. I would be starting with PIIT 1. 0 as soon as I am done with the starter calendar. I know I am far from my goal but I know it will definitely happen with time and dedication. A big THANKYOU to you Cassey for all the effort you've put in for us. You're an amazing person and the only one who could inspire me to workout each and every single day. Also, I was wondering if you could do an office series mini workouts because I guess a lot of us spend the major portion of our day in the office. Just an idea. Thanks again!

Hi Cassey, I'm not use to writing comments so Please don't mind my bad spelling or anything else. I have a question about your 6 weeks body toning program. First of all, I Love the way you look! Not too muscly or skinny. I hope to look like that someday. That's why I chose to do your exercises. I started your 6 weeks program last year but then I got pregnant. Now I have 7 kids! So now I'm ready to do it and hopefully finish it this time. Now my question is, if I do the video of the week 4 times in 4 different days will that work, or I have to do it in the same day 4 times? So that was my question and Thank You for all the wonderful Exercises and Tips! Keep up your Amazing work!

Right at the end I literally screamed OH MY GOD! lol. Fitness journey's are tough, but I already see a difference in my thighs and I see obliques and lines forming on my stomach. I'm doing the 28 day bridal bootcamp with those videos (including your newest warmup video, and a cool down video I found, every other day along with a 30 min. walk. I'm also doing a small set of weights on the off days as well as the warmup and cool down and a 30 min. walk. Have to walk an hour today because I didn't walk yesterday. :)

Cassey, I keep stopping while doing the workout because the pain is too much and I take at least 10 minutes to break between each round. I know I shouldn't but I just wanted to ask you if it's okay. I only recently started working out properly (usually I workout for a short while once every few months and stop. But this time is different because I'm doing this for my mental health rather than to be thin and have been working out regularly. Will the workout still be effective even tho I keep stopping?

Can we get a 'Before-a-meal PIIT'?
Sometimes, when I'm with other people, in my household or whatever, everyone else will be hungry and wanting to eat. well. I am not hungry. but I know a quick, good cardio workout could fix that.
HOWEVER I don't want to cause myself heartburn or anything like that from getting down, lateral, or inverting.

Hey Cassey, I'm digging your workout videos, I downloaded PIIT28, and I love it all! I'm super stoked because all the routines so different and I haven't gotten bored! However, I am wondering of you have a calorie burned count? This doesn't connect to my apps and for those of us who don't have a Fitbit, there's no knowing. Can you help?

I honestly just had to stay in position instead of moving for some of the moves, otherwise I was going to fall and die. As punishment I did the drive by inner thigh challenge after trying to get through the video 4 times. My legs are dead.

Thank you Cassey for what you do. Your videos always put me in a good mood. When I'm having a bad day, they cheer me up. They are fun no matter how many times I do them, and you are my favorite fitness instructor.

Awesome workout. Perfect for getting ready for the snow season in Oz (down under. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. My favourite was the long lunges. So effective, I felt it in my quads and butt. Keep em coming.
