Time to turn up the heat and BURN SOME FAT! These are all fat melting, cardio moves that will lean you out and make you sweat! But there is NO JUMPING involved! You will do each exercise 45 sec through with 15 sec of rest in between. For a full 28 minute workout, you must repeat this sequence 4x through. PIIT style! Your 7 moves are: 1. Lunge Kicker Right 2. Narrow Squat Pulse 3. Lunge Kicker Left 4. Squat to Side Kick Right 5. Full Squats 6. Squat to Side Kick Left 7. Front Kicks The 6-Week challenge is to do the workout of the week (28 min) at least once that week. I tried this and she said fat burn body focus hiit workouts because I never tried hiit workout before it had squat in it so i said to myself you know what let me tried it just to see how it works. And i tried i it for one day and stop doing it and i went back again to do it and when i look it killed my muscles burn the fat of in my legs it looks so lean which makes my very disappointing and shock at the same time didn't know this would've happened. I new it would burn fat but when it comes to legs i know she like to do a lot of lean legs workout which means am already lean. I thought it would build muscle but it didn't so i know I won't do workouts like this am trying to find a balanced in hiit and build the muscle because i have already have a mesomorph body that is lean and when she's doing lean workout i don't do them.

I love you. Like youre so amazing I love doing these work outs. Im 19 and Ive tired working out so many times before but never really got into it but these calendars help so much and Im getting through this April calendar and Im already doing the more advanced moves even though I started barely being able to do anything at all. And to think I started this all because I saw a tik tok about it lol

Dear Future Grass,
I'm writing this because Cassey's calendar probably brought you back here to this video. You may need some tips before starting. Or some encouragement. So here you go:
- Try to do more reps or go faster.
- Keep your legs together during the narrow squats.

Last workout of the day done! Dont know if you will see this, but If anyone has advice that would be awesome! My left hip on the inside (pretty sure its the hip flexor) HURTS! How do I make it get better while still doing the workouts? (Im currently still doing the workouts just slightly adjusting my left leg for when it hurts (ie. Kicks or leg extensions.

this is my FAVORITE video casseys ever made. ive probably done this one a hundred times and when i saw it on the april calendar (im very behind bc i started it late and then i was sick for about a week lol) i literally squealed! nothing makes me feel more powerful and strong than these kicks!

Dunno about weights and measures, since I'm not tracking, but even when I'm very skinny I still have cellulite on my thighs. Week 4 of doing each workout in turn each day. I've lost nearly all the cellulite in my legs. At this rate, sign me up for a second set of 6 weeks!

I just finished a cardio day from the workout calender FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! I was so happy that the last video did not have any plank moves but kicks, I always feel more confident with leg work. Guys everything is possible. Just keep working out with Cassey.

LOVED this high intensity, high speed workout! BUUUUT it was very annoying to be in the middle of a set and be interrupted by not one, but TWO commercials! Really messes up with your momentum: ( otherwise, amazing! Breathe! You can do this! Thank you Cassey!

Casey, in the beginning of this quarantine, I had a hard time getting to the end of the first round of this routine but I would always push through the 4 rounds. Now, I can do all 4, and feel so strong doing it! You are so awesome
