Hey Cassey, Im working on the Beginners Calender right now because I have multiple sclerosis and movement can be difficult, so Ive put on weight that Id like to get rid of. Everything on the beginners calender has been great (though challenging) until I reached this video - even leaning on the wall for balance only helps a little bit, and when I couldnt hold onto the wall for the curtsy lunges, I had a pretty bad fall after doing a few. I know it seems like asking a lot, but would it be possible for you to make a beginners calendar (or calendar in general) for physically disabled people who want to get stronger and/or lose weight? Its mostly the standing workouts that are kind of hazardous for people like me. Hope you see this, and thank you regardless for helping me on this new journey! Lost 1 pound in four days, WOOHOO! It really pays off!

This one was definitly a challenge for the little space I have. (share my appartment with 2 other girls. and for doing sport I just have my tiny room. Just enought space for my yoga mat and well since im 175cm tall, the sloping roof over my sport area is by 1. 85cm makes it very difficult sometimes. But my muscle were shaking like shit and I sweated and thats good. in some month I can move out and can be even more happy turning my squichy curvy body in a more shaped and toned one. I really like your videos and they help me a lot to keeping the fun/joy in exercising and become a better version of myself. So thank you a lot for that.

And I am here again. I just needed this speech because my room is so much in mess and I have finals at the university in June (before it some exams too) and need something to kick my butt because I am so afraid of everything what is connected with school stuff. So thank you and now I go to clean my room, do a plan and begin to study. :) And of course exercise because my body is not happy right know because I sit a lot and my bones and muscles scream at me.

I love the tip to start your day with something you love! Thanks for the inspiration, Cassie! I am not a morning person. At all. It is the toughest part of my day to get up and get moving. I recognize my body needs it. So I have started to rotate in a quick pop pilates ab or hip workout and a gentle a. m. morning practice. I only have 20 mins max to do an a. m. workout and I am too stiff to be rigorous. Fingers crossed I make it!

I know this is an old video, but correlation doesn't equal causation. The link between people being overweight and having a cluttered house is much more likely to be poverty or general difficult circumstances in their life, and not that they need to declutter themselves. It's hurtful and a bit privileged to imply that it's a moral failing on someone's behalf.

This is the second video for the day that I'm doing from the calendar and holy cow halfway through move 4 I had to pause the video and take quite a breather I felt like my legs were gonna give out on me. I never know if I should actually stop when I feel like this or if I should just suck it up and keep going until I collapse. Thoughts?

Going back to the beginners calendar because I haven't worked out in a while. holy crap this video killed me. My quads are shaking!
Also after watching some of the older videos the past couple days I forgot how much I love having the progress bar! Anyone else's cat attack their feet to play during this video?

I am really enjoying your videos so far. I have started your beginner calendar and am up to hear but I am unable to do the four and flex as I have hip dysplasia and it makes me hips come out of joint. Are there any slight alterations I could do to stop this or should I just give this one a miss? Thanks xxx

My pelvis clicks/grinds really hard with those 4 and flexes (and other exercises like froggers. Like, the inside part where my legs connect to my pelvis. Anyone got any idea how I can work on that? I'm already stretching my hip flexors a little bit, but any advice is welcome.
