Cassey: If they don't then Move on if you have ever had a close relationship go down it's not always easy to move on honey cause it hurts like hell I'd like to see you trying to take your own advice when one of your closest friends turns on you Don't get the wrong idea though cause I'm definitely. not mad I've just had a close friend turn on me and is nothing but a bully to me When people hear that I've walked out of a class she has walked into they call me out on being dramatic but they don't know the whole story and they need to shut it. It's very hurtful and I'm pretty much stuck with not knowing what to do right now - sorry and for the record I took your advice I opened up to her telling her how I felt I was just hoping that she trusted me enough to be willing to do the same but she twisted tbe whole thing back on maming it a big deal to everyone and really embarrassed me You need to remember that your advice comes with consequences so be careful on what advice you give us

My friends rnt very reasonable logical people I said something to someone today about that they were on my bike and was just wondering if he knew he said sorry I didnt know. But three other people got upset he apologized. And I forgave him it's that easy and everyone was fussing saying well y does it bother u. Everyone is particular about many things u never should ask they should be willing to want to be respectful and understanding of that I was told that - that is a child thing and it isn't my mom is that way and so am I my little noece is that way too I just wish people would stop acting so immature I'm probably more adult than they r and it's really sad that they don't see that or that they r the ones acting like children

You should add some colors like your pants to the Popflex line for spring! I love that yellow! Doing these workouts I have so far lost 6 pounds and half an inch to an inch in my thighs, hips, neck, arms, waist, calves, tummy, and bust! I've been doing Blogilates for almost a month and can't wait to see how my body improves over time! Thank you, Cassey for your encouragement and positive attitude. I am glad I started this journey with you.

I have a question for people who have completed one of the monthly workout calendars - while doing one of these calendars how long did it take before you noticed differences in your body? Like how long did it take before you started feeling stronger and more in shape? And how long did it take before you started losing a few pounds?

ooo I'm seeing those triceps and biceps of yours; ) loving the outfit! i always dread that first move up up down down TT but it's just so effective! So are those goal post punchers! I also like how you talk about other things while we're working out! Food for the mind and the body!

I appreciated this video. Definitely made it through which I am proud lol because the pain usually causes me to quit. Also, the tips were helpful. Some of the tips I knew, but sometimes, hearing it from someone else ok's it. As an adult, I totally agree with the fact of being so busy. We really do need to make the time: ) Thx!

When I do goal-post punchers, I have some things in my shoulders kind of popping moving around? Like a tendon jerking over a bone I guess? It doesn't hurt but if anyone knows what I should do or stretch to fix it, I'd love some advice!

I fell on my back Saturday and injured it. This was a good exercise to gently exercise it, stretch, and didn't feel the (bad) pain (except for getting into position to do the workout but after that initial pain I was fine.

I'm a waitress and carry all my trays on my right side. It's crazy how much my right side is stronger than my left side! When I was doing the arm circles my left side was burning and my right side was fine.
