Thank you so so so much Cassy! I am in dance and I am the least flexible in my class and I almost felt like crying cuz for ppl who can do splits, do u know how hard it is to try hold ur whole body weight in the middle/front split? My wrists were even sour after holding my weight doing the splits. But thanks to Cassy, I found out that u can put a pillow underneath so u can test on it. It put a smile on my face when u said congratulations and Im proud of you Im gonna really practise getting more flexible and get my splits!

I'm a guy, and I've been following your videos off and on for about 9 years nowbut I've never CRIED during one. I'm not embarrassed to say that I've been struggling in my personal life a lot and your words really helped to make me feel like I'm not completely lost. I'm going to do my best to keep working out with you to get back my healthy body and health mind. THANK YOU SO MUCH Cassie for staying strong for those of us who struggle with it, and for sharing your positivity, you're truly inspirational.

Day 9 of the Beginner's Calendar is complete. I love this video both in the stretches and in the advice. I know this advice can sometimes be hard to hear especially when you feel like dark thoughts are always in your head. I'm hoping I can use some of this advice on myself to get myself out of those dark clouds.

I'm finally loosing weight. I have lost 5bls and kept it. Because I do my own workouts. I do basic stuff. I feel like I found my own peace. It just feels so good inside. Ty for making yoga videos. I love u and love ur flow. Bye bye. Ty. Oh yeah I stopped drinking soda.

I have done this video consistently for 6 months now and love this one the most because everytime Im doing it, one of Cassey's advice always applied and remind me of what to do next. also no one can do such a good streching video like Cassey, simple moves but kills. !

Thank you for this. im going thru bad heart palp/lung infection and completely stopped working out. I started your vids again recenty and got soo sore (typical lol) and doing this stretch magically helped me breathe easier and stretch out those aches!

I have been holding onto a lot of negative emotions towards my husband the past few days and this really helped me to release all the negativity and I feel motivated to talk to him today and forgive him for my own well being.

How is there going to be a loud disruptive ad in the middle of a stretch? That does not help relax or be positive.
Loved the video itself though. Coming back for a few times and need the positivity atm =)
