Looking for the puuuurfect total body workout to target your arms, abs, obliques, AND booty? Well, youve come to the right place! Today were finishing out our superhero themed PIIT28 workout series with Catwoman! This total body workout is a great low impact routine that's gonna have you FELINE fiiiiine! These moves will help stretch you out AND strengthen all at once. So let's get it! Your moves: 1. Dancing dog 2. Down dog butt lift right 3. Down dog butt lift left 4. Hip twists 5. Oil riggers right 6. Oil riggers left 7. Plank Perform each move for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds in between. Repeat the entire series of moves 4 times through for a 28 minute long workout. You may need some encouragement for this video (if you're doing Cassey's calendar) SO HERE IT IS!
- Take advantage of working out your shoulders and arms.
- You can do this without any breaks! But if you need to take a break, go on ahead. But try to challenge yourself!
- Keep your legs straight, you struggled a little with that today.
You can do this! I should know, I just completed it!

Day 24 of the beginner's calendar and the first video is complete. I only did this video once and it was so hard. I cannot do oil riggers properly as my arms don't have enough strength to prevent my face from crashing into the floor. I am working on that arm strength but until then oil riggers look and feel ridiculous. Not my favourite workout of the month.

hello i have a question, i'm just back to the calendar workouts but there are some videos that requires 2, 3, 4 rounds, if i'm following the calendar i have to do all the rounds or can i just switch side when is require and call it done, becaouse time is a factor and +1 hour of workout quite a lot for me XD thank you all: )

Round 1-totally doable but my arms were definitely working
Round 2- ummm. questioning the doable part.
Round 3- Arms please don't give out. Please don't give out. as I can hardly push back up doing oil riggers.
Round 4- Attempts oil riggers. clapses to the ground

24th of august '20, a month or even a week ago would've been starving myself but i just ate cake and did today's calendar because i didn't have any dinner or proper lunch the day before. two things, wow am i bloated and doing the wrong things for the right reasons i see

Love your videos. Been working out daily since May! Feeling so strong. Loved seeing the monthly calendars. Is there a way to see them without having to pay for the app? In the playlist there are only 4 or 5 listed. Thanks!

Just a tip. I could barely do the oil diggers, so I adapted it to elbows on the ground and it worked out the triceps pretty damn well, so if you had problems with that one, try it with the elbows instead of hands.

I love dancing dog because it always cracks my lower back. Also, this workout reminds me of the beautiful body pilates workout. It made me feel refreshed instead of feeling like crap afterwards.

Omg I love the intro to this video! I WISH I had a comfortable cat suit to do this work out in! Bc I'm feeling fierce as hell and damnn my body feels that burn, THANK YOU CASSEY

My new 5am before work workout I need more of these I'm not exactly up ready to jump in the morning but need a wake up stretch and butt workout
