Ready to get your butt and thighs WORKING? Our superhero themed PIIT28 workout series continues with inspiration from one of the toughest (and strongest) characters ever, Chun-Li from Street Fighter! Today were burning fat with this total body workout and kicking away the negativity! Hiyahhh! Your moves: 1. Shuffle bounce 2. Pli calf raise 3. Front kicks 4. Pli punches 5. Squat side kick right 6. Lunge kicks 7. Squat side kick left Perform each move for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds in between. Repeat the entire series of moves 4 times through for a 28 minute long workout. 1st round: oh this is pretty easy
2nd round: first signs of sweat wait so I have to do this two more times? Uhhh
3rd round: heavy breathing, back is shining with sweat omg just one more then you can go get that ice cream you wanted
4th round: finishes fourth time, fatigued, feels happy, wobbling over to fan, turns it on, and sits in front of it. Feels better after sweat goes away, then starts yelling into the fan for a robotic voice
Im not even joking this is exactly how I thought during this workout. I just finished two minutes ago

I just did this four times, and I was just breezing through, it was pretty easy for me. And I remember that I had done this workout four times a while back, but I just thought that when I had done this in the past, it had also been easy. But as I was scrolling through the comments, I saw my old comment, and it was saying how I was so proud that I had finished this four times, but it was so hard! And that was four months ago. Ive gotten so much stronger since then because I just completed this in a BREEZE

I love it when she is super done after the video and wants us to do it four times. makes you feel so much stronger.
also it would be great if you could add a little stretch session at the end of the piit videos cause I feel like I'm challenging my legs a lot and if I don't stretch them that's not good

I'm sure someone has told you by now, but as a SF player, the reason Chun-li's legs are browner than her skin is because she's wearing brown pantyhose, and it's been so since her debut so no worries about having to feel so exposed should you cosplay that outfit XD. Great workout btw!

Day 25 of the Beginner's Calendar and the first video is complete. This is a great cardio workout for your legs and it got my heart pumping. I only did this once but I was already feeling it by the end of the video. I hope in the future she will have this workout put into a monthly calendar.

Ok now. I have an ectomorphic body type and exercising to gain some strenth to my muscles and this one workout was super fun! I finished if in no time though i usually get distracted very easily. Thank you so much for a great mood trough the day and a motivation to keep up with the calendar!

I really loved this workout! It was super fun and I could really give my best, pushing through until the end. In the first round I thought: this is easy but now I'm panting, covered in sweat. Please do more kick boxing style videos, they're so much fun!

I just found out last night. that Street fighter is also a movie whether it's a series or not I don't know but I thought of Sam. I didn't know if he knew or not but I wanted to let him know if he's interested

every time i finish each round, especially the last, i feel such a huge sense of empowerment! i feel so strong and healthy because of your workouts! its all thanks to you, im happy and confident with myself x

I only did three rounds because my asthma started cropping up, which is weird because it never does unless Im sick (uh-oh) but I still feel so powerful and it makes me want to get really good at kicking!
