OMG GUYS! Okay, so I loooved Sailor Moon so much as a kid and watched it all the time. Getting to dress up and include the Blogifam as the Sailor Scouts felt like a childhood dream come true. But most importantly, todays superhero themed PIIT28 workout is gonna give you a gooood sweat. With this total body workout, youll be ready to fight evil in no time! So cmon! Lets kill it! Your moves: 1. Quick feet 2. Moon abs 3. Plank jacks 4. Meatball heads 5. Luna lunges 6. Transformation triceps 7. Crescent crunches Perform each move for 45 seconds. Rest 15 seconds in between. I'm sure it's not recommended and all the comments are old but i'm doing the beginner calendar and I found it's much easier to repeat all the exercises 4x by rewinding the video than to play the video over and over. It's mentally a lot harder for me to go back and repeat when Cassie is already done with her workout so rather than giving up after 2 full times through I completed the full work out, just a little out of order lol

Ii have a friend who jokes about how. I could be a contortionist cause of how flexible I am but I was just. born that way it's some kind of a muscular disorder. My parents enrolled me in gymnastics and yoga at a young age Ive always had balance issues as a result of but I work on it every day with Cassey as well Yoga with Adrienne and I think they r both amazing I've come a long way but I'm doing better on a daily basis

I finished this workout, all four rounds, and Im always so happy when I do because a year ago I could barely do two rounds, or even one round, and I was so discouraged, but I started a bit of weight training and gym training, I got stronger, and then I came back to blogilates. And I was able to finish the four rounds: ) anyone can improve, if I could, you definitely can!

How did I NOT know about this workout until today while I was looking for cardio videos? I LOVE your meatball head hair! The cosplay looks so good on you, I hope you can find the time to do another Sailor Moon themed workout! This was so much fun, and a wonderful way to ease into my cardio sesh. Thank you, Cassey!

Day 10 of the beginner's calendar and 2/3 videos down. I don't know how many times I was meant to do this video and it seems that many people are asking the same question in the comments with no answer. I had a late start to my day so I only did it twice. It was fun and I would do this again.

With the transformation triceps I could hold muself up and dip my butt up and down but my arms don't work that way naturally cause my arms rotate to the front very easily when my hands r on the ground like that so I wound up getting one of my books instead and did triceps that way

Hey Cassey, I'm going through your newest Beginners Calendar and I was wondering, as beginners, are we supposed to do this video just once through and then move on to the rest of the videos in the calendar for that day, or should we repeat it 3 more times? Lots of love

i literally DESPISED the plank jack, & id always do the modification. but today i did 45secs of them throughout all 4 rounds and they got SIGNIFICANTLY easier! it will get easier but you have push through the hard stuff first. i believe in all of you!

Last year I did this when it came out, I could barely finish one round. I did this four rounds a few months ago, and today, I finished one round of this (caz it was on the calendar) and I barely feel wiped out at all!

I liked this so much! It wasn't one of your hardest videos (even doing it four times though was still not as hard as any of the summer sculpt series) but it made me realise that I really value the stretch from doing lunges! Xx
