This video is also good not just for the holidays but for the working mom's who don't feel like doing hard core work outs after dealing with a kid. I know on days I don't work and my kid is in school I just wanna get housework done sit back relax and enjoy some TV time. This video has allowed me to do all of that and tighten my thighs. Thank you so so much.

did this with ankle/wrist weights depending on the move - think I need to get another set so I can have them on both! used 0. 5lb - could have gone heavier on the legs for sure, arms were tough! those straddles killed me, barely managed to do them

My legs are so tight (getting better from what they used to be) that I can't do the straddle exercises. I bump into this problem in a lot of different workout videos. Does anyone have some advice on how I can modify it?

Just wondering, as I am doing the seated attitude kick backs I have a crazy amount of cramping in my hips. Any thoughts? I did the variation and it helped but what can I do to get to that next level without cramping up?

I love when you have conversations with us during the workouts it helps me to focus less on being tired because I pay attention to what you say like we are actually talking face to face lol.

i dont know why but anything with the side butt always hurts loads and i find it difficult to do the exercise? does anyone else have this problem or is it just me
