Day 26 of the Beginner's Calendar and 2/3 videos complete. Wow, after being able to easily complete the POP pilates beginners ab time video I was thinking I can do this video with no problem. Nope, not true. I was in so much pain by the criss-cross movement that I had to pause the video. I wish there was 15 sec between each movement to move into the correct position of the next movement or take a sec to rest my legs. Great exercise but I need to get stronger to finish this video.

I had my one and only baby will be 4 years ago in October. And even with all these workouts i still cant get rid of that extra baby fat. But i also have never givin up because i enjoy Casseys workouts and i have lost weight. Just the belly fat still stays. I am in my fittest and best body thou even with the baby belly fat all with the help of Cassey

Four weeks ago before I started my first calendar I would not have been able to get through even half of this so the fact that today I actually did most of it with only talking one of two breaks I am just so impressed and it really is true when Cassey says that we are getting stronger every time we do another video

they don't have thigh gaps,
they're not stick thin,

It was really good to see how having a baby and not working out for a while can really make ab workouts really hard I didn't work out for 2 years due to being pregnant and a single mother and even after a year of working out, my core strength is terrible compared to before

i just started doing my abs and i been doing this for like month now and you can see the result i do 4 set or theses 6 days a week and my abs are so sore at time thanks for doing this i sub too i hope you do more vide like this

This would totally be my fav ab workout if it wasn't for the awkward small conversation and horrible interruptions of sentences because of the ongoing timer in the background. I think I'll just mute this and play it in the background.

Hey Cassey! I have chronic health issues and it's often hard for me to workout. It sucks because I'll get in routine and then have to take a long break. I'd love a workout series (or vid) for those rough days/weeks!
