I love all your videos! I use to live in a pretty big city and before I had kids was around 170 never really worked out other than walking a lot after the two were born we moved to very rural TN I don't have sidewalks so I don't get out much and since I've been a SAHM I ballooned up to 230. I'm currently at 190 but want to get back. I can't ever get through a session without breaking but I keep at it. The only issue I have specific to leg circles is that my legs are taller than my body no matter how much I stretch or work the muscles I am unable to put my leg up in the air like that and have it be completely straight. My knee always bends. I was told it was atrophy but after doing 12 Weeks on a high intensity treadmill and developing real leg muscles I think it's just my build. But pop Pilates really changed a lot for me so thanks!

Oh my gosh. This is something what i was finding for sooooo long! I was doing 100 squats per day, and it was getting easier and easier and after some time it was that easy that I was not sweating while doing that. Now this it really burns, I fell good, and I am really sweating! Thank you, you inspired me to dont give up and keep doing something, your workouts make me smile, I fell so much better. Thank you!

I've been doing this video 3 times a week for almost exactly a month and I've got to say. I've seen so much progress! The first day I did this workout I was SOOO sore for at least 4 days. Now I'm not only painless but I follow this up with another leg video of yours! My legs are so much stronger and I a lot more toned! Especially in the backs of the thighs. Thanks so much!

Lower back pain is not your friend!
So try this:
When lifting your leg draw in your core and be careful not to arch your lower back, this can mean smaller leg movements but it's still a great workout!
You'll see improvements in strength without hurting your back!

I could barely do these excersise because I have terrible balance, so the one where we had to lift our legs up and down were super hard for me but I still tried super hard bc you've inspired me to try and be healthier! So thank you so much!

i was feeling lazy today bc of the drab weather where i am but i decided i should at least try and do my calendar workout and i actually finished it including this seemingly crazy hard workout! thank you cassey

Day 17 of the beginner's calendar and 1/3 videos are complete. This video needed more room than I expected but it was a great workout. I was really feeling it in my legs and I really got to improve my balance.

I just did insane weightless arms workout, the 5 inner thigh isolations workout and now just finished this snd i feel like im dying, in a good way though. So glad to be back and working out
