You guys. do this!
I did this workout a few months ago and the results WERE AMAZING! I could genuinely see an 11 on my stomach.
Sadly, I got unmotivated and stopped and lost all the results, but now Im gonna get back on the horse and do there again, with hopes that Ill get that body I had before!

I've never seen Hollow Rock before. When I tried it, I totally failed it and cried and laughed at the same time. I tried it once more but ended up failing again because I couldn't stop laughing at how silly I looked trying. xD I hope I'll be able to do this one day. :)

I have been doing this workout for two years now (in the summertime regularly) and I never even bother myself to look for other ab workouts. I got the flat strong stomach I always wanted to have. Im truly grateful for that! Thank you

Lots of good exercises however there was no modifications at all. This is not for a wide audience. I can do over half of these, but the ones I couldn't do, I ended up just watching. bit disappointing

The workout became a lot easier to do after a few times. But today my abs were so sore and I couldn't do the work out so well, so time for a rest day. Hopefully I'm developing some abs!

Does anyone elses lower back hurt while doing some of these? Mine kills me even for ones like the Ls even though Im trying to make sure it stays pressed into the mat

I never have been able to get the hollow rock and Im just now trying the workout again and I was like oh no here we go again, but then I actually did it: )

Wenevr i am doing abs workout on the floor on the mat, my tail bone is paining. y is it so cassy? I tuck my belly inside but still it happens y is it so?

I started doing the earthquakes yesterday for the first time and I could barely do it but today all her encouragement made me do it all the way through
