Please Help! ( gotta get a professional's opinion but the internet has lots of cool ppl) Stuff that has you on your hands: man that shit messes up my wrists. What am I doing wrong with weight placement? I'm a musician and had super strong wrists growing up. an 8-year hiatus has my wrists hurting even if I hold myself up on them sillily in like, a crab walk position for like 20 seconds. makes these on all 4's positions super hard.

So Cassey did something a bit interesting. For today's calendar workout, she put this video as the 3rd video.
And that was. a GREAT idea!
I just did some cardio and full body toning so I'm mentally and physically exhausted with little to no energy in me. During this video, I felt terrible. But right after, I'm feeling sore, but GREAT! Like, I'm ready for the next video!

Day 2 of the beginner's calendar. I used to do your videos at 13/14 eating vegan and loving my health and myself. It spiraled into an ED that lasted for years, but I am back and ready to heal my body mind and spirit. I have already lost 50 lbs but wasn't focusing a lot on strength, so here's to the last 20/30 lbs and building strength!

Ill be doing an intense leg slimming workout after this, last week I made a huge mistake and I started working out before stretching and the after math was really bad I got muscle aches all over my body I tried my best to walk normally bc I didnt want anyone knowing I was working out thats just plain embarrassing

Wanna put this out there that is warmup is not for everyone so do something that's comfortable for you
Been doing pilates for 9 months and this warmup is still difficult for me
And you HAVE TO BE consistent with pilates because if you let loose for a week you are back to square 2 so push through

Thanks for this! Did not work out for a day or five because things got hectic, now getting back on track for daily workouts. Decided to warm up extra long since I feel stiff now, this loosened me up a bit. Now doing a Sydney Cummings full body strenght workout.

Im a beginner and it seems impossible for me to do day two of the beginners calendar. Im not strong enough to hold a plank that long neither Im flexible enough to touch the ground as a beginner. I feel sad now after I watched the video to know what awaits me.

It's my first time doing this warm up. I love that it has more static moves than dynamic moves, and I am a lazy person so these static moves are the best! Would love more warm up/cool down vids in the future. Thank you, Cassey!

Haha day before yesterday somehow I pulled a muscle on the side of my ribs. so I took 2 days off. I really need to be more careful. I thought I was doing so good too. Back at it again with Tuesday
