did it again after doing it 2 days ago! feeling stronger than ever 'i think i'm gonna do the same thing as i do with all the other hard workout videos i do where i update this comment whenever i do it again. i'll keep doing this workout until i'm too strong to continue: ')

I have been doing her extreme workouts on alternate days for about 4 weeks now. I used to die at leg circles and inner thighs. Today i was so surprised that i could even lift my leg high for circles and do my inner thighs without pausing! I could even grab my ankles while doing the inner thighs. I couldnt do it in the past cauz my side thighs would ache so much as i was doing inner thighs.
4 weeks ago, i was flabby. I can see some progress as well in terms of muscle definition. Muscles are much harder and toned. I weigh 1kg heavier, but i know it's cauz my muscles have been growing!

OKAY. My bday is in less than two months.
I am starting this workout today (6/03/22.
I will do this workout 3 times a day.
I am already doing one more leg workout.
Lets wait for the resultsssss
Day 1:
Day 2: (couldn't do it cuz I m unwell)
Day 3: (my health got worse; ( )
Day 4: (skipped cuz of studies)
Day 5: (slowly getting back to track)
Day 6: back on track baby lets get it
Day 7: 3 more weeks to go

hi cassie! I started working out on 15th august 2021, my weight was 51. 9 kg. I did this workout and right now its 18th October 2021. my weight is now 48. 5 kg! thank you Cassie! Dont give up you can do it too! just have patience and youll get your desired results!

Very motivating BUT who can eat all of that ice cream and look like this? First time I've ever watched a workout video where they talked about eatting the entire time my form of ice cream is when I screamed trying to keep up with her. Fun workout.

Im super insicure about my thick thighs and I can't right now do this whole work out no breaks because I'm getting really really dizzy but I'm gonna update this comment when I can do the whole workout no stops! PRAY FOR ME IT HURTS SO BAAADD

I've done this workout now
I had 3 BREAKDOWNS BECAUSE I CAN'T DO IT RIGHT/CORRECT. SO AND SO THAT I FELT LIKE I'M NOT GOING TO REACH MY GOAL

Istg. this woman has the craziest workouts and theyre effective as well. but hearing her talk so much and so shrill just. I cant get through her workouts without another sound overpowering hers or just turning it down all the way jeez

Hey, if youre so in love with zucchini then try zucchini cake. Its basically like carrot cake or sweet potato brownies, but with grated or mashed zucchini. I really love it and can recommend it highly; )

I feel like my muscles are being torn apart, in a good way? Lol but listening to my favorite playlist or podcast and Cassey blab about food helps; sometimes during the laying down exercises I will sleep haha
