When I polled you guys the other week about what workout you want to see next. you said cardio! So today, we're doing a no-jumping, apartment friendly cardio workout. I think this workout is really great for people that have not worked out in a while. Low impact on joints but high impact on heart. I cant do the lateral squats right now due to bad knees so I subbed with a squat punch combo. Well done to all the people on here. Keep it up. Exercise is simple. Just show up each day and get it done. If you can watch the TV for 2-3 hours a day in the evening you can also exercise for 30 minutes a day for your health

I was working out with cassey for few months last year. Then i got ate up by reaponsibilities and didint wanna do anything. Resting feels just do good! My body didnt change much since but im not feeling good about myself. I was talking about this with my friend and i got motivated enough to just do this one excercise. It wasnt easy and my butt will hurt so much tommorow. Maybe i can get back to this again.

I'm very proud. I just recently started working out today. I finished the whole video without stopping. At the end I fell onto my bed and struggled to give the like she deserves. I was able to do it and I'm very proud. I've been trying to work out for heath and to loose weight. I've always had a struggle with eatting to much, I've been able to slow down and these should really help me. Thank you

Currently looking for some more chill exercises than my typical 20 minutes of dances since I'm sick. This is amazing but I think I pulled a hamstring low key. maybe not one I'd recommend for a sick person but totally a great fat burner. Very nice. I think I'll stick to some light stretching and yoga but I'm definitely coming back here once I'm well.

I just tired this for the first time. It actually made me sweat and get my heart rate pumping. I have a 1 year old at home. And she is a light sleeper. I can give this 2 thumbs up because it makes no noise. Thank you so much for this video. I only have about 10min for myself. So this was amazing! Will be doing this again!

got to 5: 43 today before taking a 5 min water break, constantly hydrate throughout workouts guys! between this and her total body warmup that i did before this video, my legs are dying! im going to do her 7 minute arms workout after i finish this one, then its a hard earnd cup of tea!

Im currently recovering from a long ankle injury its ten weeks now and I just got off my crutches so this was challenging on me and my foot I was wondering if you have any recommendations from types of workouts that dont require a lot of foot work (Im still able to do squats)

Ok ik Im late to this video except I just wanted to tell you that I am so grateful for your videos and I have never felt more passionate to work out and its all thanks to you! I definitely will be doing much more videos from you. This was so much fun and my legs are shaking lol

It's 5: 56 am. I just woke up and need to burn the calories from yesterday's dinner. I stopped around 5 times to go to a breathing exercise video because I have really bad breathing problems. And still this video was really fun. 9/10 would recommend.

I havent worked out in over 4 years. Decided to try this. Did it yesterday and felt great. But today I can barely climb any stairs or sit on the loo.
Was planning to donkt alternate days but maybe my body needs a bit more time to recover!
