I had a really hard time beginning the oil dippers probably because I have really weak triceps but by the second one I got a handle of it and was able to do them without almost dying while coming up or just going up one arm at a time. By the end I was really sweaty and my arms felt more toned than when I started, this is an amazing workout!

#hotgirlsummersculpt - day 4: DONE I will always be surprised at how deceitful weightless arm workouts are. I still hate the tricep dips. My upper body is jello, now! The Zara comment is so accurate!
day 11: DONE on day 12! My arms are vibrating too! My shoulders were truly worked. But my arms really are my weakest body part

Dear Future Grass,
If Cassey had targeted the fingers, I wouldn't be typing right now.
This is SO INTENSE! I barely got through it all. I must admit it, I took a few breaks here and there. And I modified any push up.
Besides that, I DID IT! I'm so happy this workout video is over! EEEEK!

for some reason, today I had noo motivation. I didnt feel like doing anything but I'm glad I finally did it. I actually even thought about doing it later at 5 pm (9 am rn) but I put myself through it. Half assed my way in some of the moves but I DID IT!
2021/09/23 done!

I've done this vid multiple times as well as her other arm workouts and I can do every single move normal but oil riggers for the longest time I just cannot seem to do! My elbows don't stay inwards it's like an awkward angle idk but they are the toughest move like eveeeeer

Great workout but why the misandry at around 26 minutes in? My husband is super supportive and encouraging, he never told me it looked easy. Same for my dad, when I lived at home during college. Don't know what kind of guys you've been hanging out with, but harsh.

Idec I'm just glad it's not a leg day because my legs are still feeling it. Legit limping everywhere. I'd roll if I could.
edit: my whole body is now in pain. feeling like i might see god any minute now but at least i'll have buff arms

I apologize if this is a repeat question (I tried looking it up first, but is there a modification for the single arm push-up (where you're on your side? I have to bend my legs and use the side I'm laying on for extra support.

I have no idea why, but when the seated arm workouts get to the point where I think I can't keep my arms up anymore, standing up and doing some cardio (hopping from left to right, jogging in place) helps me power through it!
