Day 1: Pretty great, (I have little prominent saddlebags)
Day 2: Definitely felt yesterday's one, still pretty nice.
Day 3: still easy, I feel the workout in my under-
Day 4: I didn't do it, but idk if it counts: I ran.
Day 5: My -glutiiies- didn't hurt as much as the other days I'm sure it's bc I didn't do it yesterday
Day 6: I did other workouts for the same thing, it was intense, I don't understand if I'm seeing some results. maybe I am. I'll keep going and I'll keep yall updated.

Will this work I tried ur exercise for nearly 7-8months but no changes to the saddle bags feel so sad and depressed about this thing
