This was the worst, the most annoying pilates class in my whole 20 years of pilates. The instructor was super-irritating, screaming and shouting and pretending to be cheerful. It was very misleading when they showed the upcoming movements -- and then did something completely else. And some movements they didn't even show beforehand. And where were the correct breathing patterns? Joseph Pilates would turn in his grave if he saw this camp and parody. Oh geez, never, ever again I will do this or any other class from this instructor. Luckily, there are much better pilates classes out there. I raise my hat to all real pilates instructors -- shame on these pretenders!

I could tolerate all the squealing for the sake of a good workout, but even after giving this two tries it seems not very challenging for an advanced video (I did some of the exercises double-time to up the challenge factor. I like the music and it's fun but my legs should be spaghetti afterward, if not sore the next day; so I'll have to move on.
And btw up-up-down-downs are called PLANK-UPS.

Just finished this workout and would like to say thank you Cassey, Jess and Jackie. I was a bit down at the beginning of the day (for overeating a bit ytd) but as I did this workout, I felt energised and satisfied. I love to experience how my body is strong and I am holding on to those pulses. So a big hug and kudos to three of you beautiful and inspiring ladies! Love all your smiles and energy.

blogilates - Cassey, I have a question! During the butt segment, Is it normal for beginners like me to feel the bottom leg (essentially the leg that the body is resting on while the other leg is floating above for moves like Fire Hydrant and Pointed Butt Lift) to actually ache more than the floating leg? Why is this the case? Can someone help me out? Am i doing the moves wrongly?

Terrible! I love your videos and these are awesome exercises, but there is absolutely no warning of what comes next. The amount of times I had to pause and go back to just do the exercise properly is insane. The fact that I stopped working out to tell you how terrible it is, says a lot also. Thank goodness you improved!

Hi! Love it, pretty intense, but actually, I feel kinda sorry for the girl on the right side (not advanced girl.
During the video there is almost none communication to her, even the last celebration is without her: -( Otherwise great video, more full ones (1 hour!
